Welcome to EpicHostly. This policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations and refunds for all services provided by us.
1. Cancellation Policy
At EpicHostly, we strive to provide the best hosting environment possible. However, due to the nature of our digital services and automated provisioning systems:
- No Cancellation After Purchase: Once a service has been purchased and provisioned, it cannot be canceled for a refund. Please ensure you select the correct plan before completing your order.
- Service Expiration: You may choose to not renew your service at the end of your billing cycle. In this case, your service will automatically expire without further charges.
2. Refund Policy
We do not offer "change of mind" or "user wish" refunds. Refunds are strictly governed by the following rules:
- Technical Faults & Issues: A full refund will only be provided if there is a severe technical issue or failure directly originating from EpicHostly's side (e.g., severe prolonged downtime, broken functionality that we cannot resolve, or provisioning failures).
- No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds based on user wish, unused time on your billing cycle, or early termination of a service.
- Non-Refundable Items: Domain name registrations, SSL certificates, software licenses, and customized services are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to a technical failure on our end, please follow these steps:
- Open a support ticket through your Client Area or email us at support@epichostly.tech within 30 days of the incident.
- Provide detailed information about the technical issue and any relevant screenshots or logs.
- Our team will investigate the issue. If the fault is verified to be on EpicHostly's end and cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
